What you purchase
GarudaPlayer is an independent media player software. Software activation does not include channels, streams, playlists, movies, series, or media content subscriptions. Users are responsible for providing their own legally obtained media sources and for complying with applicable laws and copyright requirements. We are not affiliated with third-party content providers. Purchases on impersonating websites are not purchases from us.
Trial, activation and prices
A seven-day trial starts when the app is first opened. Annual Player Activation costs €5 per device for 12 months; Lifetime Player Activation costs €12 per device. There is no automatic renewal. The activation applies to the device code submitted at checkout; check it carefully. Renewal of a current annual activation extends its remaining paid term. Contact support about device changes. Lifetime means no scheduled activation expiry for that device; it does not guarantee third-party content availability or compatibility with every future operating system.
Player Reseller Program
Resellers can purchase GarudaPlayer activation credits and use them to activate customer devices. Reseller credits are exclusively for GarudaPlayer software activations. GarudaPlayer does not provide or sell media content subscriptions, channels, streams, movies, series, playlists, or other media content.
Player Reseller Credits
Registered resellers may buy prepaid credits used only to activate Garuda Player devices. Current packages are 10 credits for €25, 25 for €55, 50 for €100, and 100 for €180. Minimum purchase: 10 credits. The account panel displays the applicable activation cost before use; the standard costs are one credit for 12 months and two for lifetime. Credits are not money, an investment or payment services, and cannot be used to purchase third-party content. Protect your account and verify device codes before spending credits.
Checkout and delivery
The checkout shows the total in euros before payment. PayPal processes payments; card availability depends on PayPal and the buyer's location and eligibility. We do not collect card numbers. Activation or credit delivery occurs automatically after our server verifies a completed payment. Approval, a pending payment, or a browser success page alone does not complete delivery. If payment completes but delivery fails, contact support with your transaction reference and device code or reseller username. Do not send your password.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of payment by emailing support with the transaction reference. Refunded player activations are cancelled. Unused reseller credit packages are refundable within that period; if part of a package has been used, the unused balance is refundable at its original package unit price and the refunded credits are removed. Refunds are returned through the original payment method within 14 days of an accepted request. These voluntary terms do not limit mandatory consumer cancellation, conformity, remedy or refund rights. Immediate activation does not by itself waive statutory withdrawal rights.
Use and support
Use the software lawfully and do not resell unauthorized content under our name. Streaming depends on your media source, connection, device and supported formats. Contact support for activation or software problems. Suspension for fraud or abuse must respect applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Changes to prices apply to future purchases, not completed orders.

Our Privacy Policy explains how activation, account and payment records are handled. Contact support first about complaints. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain available. The seller is based in Montana, United States. These terms do not restrict mandatory rights or access to courts available in your country of residence.
